Responsibilities- Assist the Medical Director in patient management.
- Select the appropriate dialysis method, suitable devices, and personalize treatment based on the patient's condition.
- Select therapy to ensure high‑quality patient care.
- Handle all medical situations and issues presented or encountered while performing duties and, when necessary, seek consultations or arrange patient transfers to other healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate with nurses during patient dialysis sessions, including initiation and termination of treatment.
