Job Tasks:
Responsible for the skills & knowledge development of your allocated team including player assessment and tracking progress over the season
Build and maintain a positive team culture
Plan & facilitate training sessions, including weekly reflections and feedback to Head Coach
Plan & facilitate games including sub and position roster, pre-game warm-up, and post-game team debrief
Support:
We can provide training content and support
You will be part of our junior netball community. Teams train together, so you won’t be on your own
Head Netball Coach will provide support and mentoring
Team Manager provided (volunteer parent), who will handle all communications re. Weekly draw & player availability
