Overview Bowhead seeks a Senior Network Operations Engineer to support our customer on the PICRD II contract in Colorado Springs, CO. Responsibilities • Provide successful installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of all classified and unclassified networks and system management tools. • Execute network architecture, networking, and patch capabilities. • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies in accordance with government and accreditation standards. • Follow operational O&M checklists with associated service checklists. Network, Mission System, and Server Equipment Management (PWS 5.8) Provide support for Solaris, Linux, Windows (various versions), VMware, Mac operating systems, and related infrastructure. • Configuration, installation, and security fortification of fiber and Ethernet networks. • Troubleshoot and resolve application, hardware, and network anomalies to restore systems (servers, desktops, laptops, peripherals, scanners, plotters, printers) to n...
