Must-haves
- 3+ years of NetSuite experience
- Experience supporting NetSuite in a company with meaningful transaction volume and cross-functional process complexity
- Experience with SuiteScript 1.0, SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow
- Experience with CSV imports, saved searches, and NetSuite customizations
- Experience with API integrations, middleware troubleshooting
- Proficiency with NetSuite transaction flows (sales orders, purchase orders, item receipts, item fulfillment, invoices, vendor bills, inventory records)
- Proficiency with SQL and data analysis for large datasets, exports, and reconciliations
- Ability to independently manage support tickets, enhancements, and root cause analysis
- Deep understanding of integration reliability and transaction data quality improvement
