Responsibilities
- Collaborate with process owners and end users to comprehend their business processes and requirements.
- Lead and participate in all stages of Netsuite internal implementation projects and Change Requests:
- Onboarding of new Subsidiaries into NetSuite,
- Designing customized solutions,
- Implementing 3rd party applications.
- Assess the progress of the internal projects and Change Requests and keep stakeholders informed across the business of key dates, potential challenges or any risks that could occur.
- Create and maintain documentation for NetSuite customizations including SOPs, FDDs, User Guides and Release Notes.
