What you will do
- Build, configure, deploy and maintain servers in physical and virtual environments (VMware) to ensure connectivity and high performance standards.
- Monitor servers and schedule preventative maintenance; patching for any security vulnerabilities.
- Maintain and support City network infrastructure.
- Maintain voice, data and communication infrastructure (Cisco Call Manager & Unity, Microsoft Teams).
- Maintain user accounts and mailboxes.
- Monitor and maintain systems security, endpoint security, user access, file security and server security.
