As a Network & Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing customer network and IT infrastructure environments to ensure reliable and secure service delivery. Working as part of our Technical Assistance Center (TAC), you will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and technology partners to troubleshoot technical issues, implement solutions, and maintain high service standards. This role offers exposure to a wide range of networking, systems, virtualization, and cloud technologies while contributing to the organization's commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
