Job Description

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) Network SME specializing in OmniSwitch product lines and OmniVista 2500 management platform . The role requires deep technical expertise to support design, implementation, and L4 escalation for complex enterprise environments, including mission-critical deployments such as healthcare/hospital networks .

This is not a generic network role—hands-on, proven experience with ALE switching technologies is mandatory .


Design & Architecture

  • Lead end-to-end network design using ALE OmniSwitch platforms (Access, Aggregation, Core).
  • Develop high-availability architectures for enterprise/hospital-grade environments.
  • Create HLDs, LLDs, migration strategies, and deployment plans.
  • Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and uptime requirements (especially healthcare-critical systems).
