About the Role
- Design and implement FTTx (GPON/EPON) networks, including OLTs, ONTs, splitters, and fiber distribution architecture
- Plan and deploy fiber infrastructure (ODN design, splice plans, distribution nodes, patching, and termination)
- Deploy and configure wireless networks (PtP, PtMP, LTE, 5G NSA/SA)
- Build scalable IP backbone and access networks using best practices
- Perform capacity planning, redundancy design, and high-availability architecture
Routing & Switching
- Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS
- Implement MPLS, VLANs, VRFs, and traffic engineering where required
- Perform IP planning and subnetting for large-scale ISP environments
- Deploy QoS, NAT, CGNAT, and policy-based routing
