Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support network infrastructure across Core and Optical domains
- Troubleshoot faults across core routing and optical transport networks (DWDM)
- Act as the primary point of contact for network incidents and service issues
- Perform structured fault isolation across physical and logical network layers
- Manage incidents in line with SLAs, ensuring timely resolution and communication
- Escalate issues to engineering and vendor teams where required
- Support provisioning activities, including circuit turn‑up, testing, and validation
- Maintain accurate documentation across incidents, changes, and configurations
- Contribute to continuous improvement across monitoring, tooling, and processes
