Job Description
· Collaborate with Level 1 network engineers to provide technical documentation support to Project & Solutions Teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project documentation, including system designs and configurations.
· Partner with Level 3 network engineers to engage with back-line support and/or vendor support, contributing expertise and guidance to diagnose and rectify technical problems efficiently.
· Provide support for post-sales installation and technical assistance to customers, ensuring smooth implementation and operation of network and security infrastructure components.
