What You’ll Do
- Support and deliver network automation, security, and monitoring services for IoT customers
- Develop, maintain, and improve network tools and automation solutions
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software/network issues in high-impact production environments
- Collaborate with network architects, engineers, developers, UX teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Contribute to scalable, highly reliable networking environments with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer experience
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong networking fundamentals and hands-on experience with:
- OSPF, BGP, MPLS, EIGRP
- Cisco Nexus platforms (N7K, N9K)
