Job Description
This expansion role is for a Network Engineer in the Brazil/Mexico/Philippines area to perform remote support with various customers to implement and support Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco-based networks. Your first project is a full-time position with one of our customers managing Palo Alto and Cisco network devices and providing support for the customer’s follow the sun model. In this role, you will: Implement, troubleshoot, and document enterprise networks and related systems Implement, manage Palo Alto firewalls Provide knowledge transfer and informal training to clients What you need to succeed: Strong understanding and skills on Palo Alto firewalls Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) level expertise in Enterprise Infrastructure (formerly Route/Switch), (enterprise wireless and collaboration are welcome as well - let's talk) Demonstrable experience in the implementation, troubleshooting and support of large enterprise networks Good understanding and practical experience with r...
