Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily network operations to ensure performance, reliability, and security of enterprise infrastructure.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, proxy servers, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP servers.
- Configure and manage routing, switching, firewall policies, ACLs, and secure access solutions.
- Support deployment and administration of Cisco SD-WAN environments to optimize connectivity and network traffic.
- Manage and configure Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco wireless solutions, and Zscaler ZIA/ZPA platforms.
- Implement and maintain secure authentication and access control technologies such as AAA, 802.1X, and TACACS+.
- Monitor network performance, conduct troubleshooting, and coordinate scheduled upgrades and improvements.
