Job Description
Successful candidates need to be comfortable with working on weekends, and rotation shifts as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 support for network infrastructure across data centers, remote branches, and overseas locations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches (Nexus, 2960, 3750), and firewalls (Checkpoint, Juniper).
- Manage and support routing protocols including RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and HSRP.
- Perform network health checks, DR drills, and ISDN testing for business continuity.
- Coordinate with vendors for SSOE deployments, hardware replacements, and RMA processes.
- Monitor and maintain WAN links using tools like SolarWinds, NetBrain, Riverbed, Algosec, and IBM ISM Service Desk.
