Experience Required
Hands-on experience with multi-brand L2 switches (Ruijie, H3C, Cisco, Huawei). Practical expertise in VLANs, trunking, and access security. Experience managing Huawei Wi-Fi 5/7 controllers and APs. Knowledge of Wi-Fi optimization, roaming, and interference mitigation. Experience in NAC, endpoint compliance, and secure onboarding. Exposure to monitoring tools and performance baselines. Experience in large-scale campus access network and Wi-Fi deployments.
