- Perform onsite or field troubleshooting and corrective maintenance for fault, incident, and problem tickets, and network quality and performance issues endorsed by DSOC or RSC.
- Isolate and correct equipment faults to ensure normal operations by running diagnostic tests.
- Conduct testing and equipment calibration to normalize service interruptions.
- Perform first‑level troubleshooting of on‑site issues.
- Implement technical solutions recommended by Senior Network Field Engineers or Technical Support (TIER2).
- Provide technical support and consultancy to other teams, including vendors.
- Recommend network resiliency programs based on troubleshooting results for unit head approval. <...
