Task List for the Role
- Provide 2nd/3rd level network support for Network International
- Handle requests, incidents, changes, and problems in the production network environment
- Support various network projects
- Communicate with different internal departments as well as external companies and vendors
- Participate in weekends, public holiday, and on-call support
Qualifications/Skills
Essential Skills: Professional Skills1
Networking knowledge with a minimum of 3-5 years experience (Cisco CCNP level) and skills in most of the following topics:
- Network protocols MPLS, BGP / multiprotocol BGP, OSPF, multicast routing (PIM, MSDP)
- Layer‑2 network technologies
- Product know‑how for Cisco Nexus and Catalyst series, Cisco ASR and ISR routers and their operating systems
- Implementation and configuration of Cisco Software‑Defined infrastructures
