Job Description
Responsibilities: Support network infrastructure projects and provide support in resolving network incidents and issues. Provide post-cutover support for various projects as directed by the IT Network team. Participate in project meetings, discussions, and project handovers. Prepare, review, and submit project-related documents, reports, and metrics as required. Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues. Manage and monitor system utilization and performance during pre-project and post-project cutovers. Perform additional tasks and assignments as required by the Company. Work closely with project teams to understand network requirements and objectives, ensuring seamless integration of network infrastructure within the integrated resort environment.
