You will take ownership of real‑time platform monitoring, advanced incident detection, independent triage, and second‑line troubleshooting. You will drive effective escalation paths, coordinate with engineering teams, and contribute to rapid service restoration during live events. You will also produce accurate operational documentation and improve incident processes to support platform stability and seamless customer experiences.
