Job Description
The Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer will join a 24/7 Technology Operations Command Centre based at Hill View House, Newtownabbey.
Working pattern: 4 on / 4 off. Day shifts: 07:00–19:00. Night shifts: 19:00–07:00.
Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor network performance, capacity, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and Juniper MIST.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network faults across LAN, WAN, SDWAN and telecom services, minimizing service impact.
- Log, manage, and progress incidents and service requests through the full lifecycle, maintaining accurate updates and documentation.
- Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution and high first‑time fix rates.
