Job Description
Provide 2nd level support for network security services deployed in the Cloud, covering
technologies such as Firewalls, web proxies, application delivery (load
balancing), DNS etc.
- Provide incident and problem-solving support for services he or she is
responsible for and liaising with appropriate external vendors to ensure all
services are maintained and operated to set service levels.
- Ensure all changes to the network security infrastructure follow the change
management process ensuring all changes are documented and can be supported by
operations team.
- Ensure all solutions implemented follow the agreed standards.
