Join the TELUS Network Engineering and Operations DC Power Operations team, where your technical expertise ensures the reliability of critical power infrastructure across the TELUS network. As part of the team, you'll work on essential power systems that keep our telecommunications network running 24/7, performing both maintenance routines, emergency operations, and capital project work that makes a real difference to our customers and communities.
What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance and assurance duties on critical power platforms including Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), DC Plant and Batteries, Inverters, Rectifiers, Converters, Diesel Generators, Fuel Systems, and Building Grounding Systems
- Respond to in-service alarms and conditions with potential for degradation, performing on-site diagnosis and troubleshooting to resolve issues for CAT1 site...
