Job Summary
We are seeking a Network Support Technician Level 1 (NW L1) to provide first-line support for network infrastructure, connectivity issues, and end-user network-related incidents. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of networking concepts and experience supporting enterprise network environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network infrastructure and respond to network alerts and incidents.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Provide first-level support for routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
- Configure and support network devices under senior engineer guidance.
- Perform cable patching, port activation, and basic network installations.
