Network Team Lead
Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire – 3x days on site.
Salary: Up to £65,000 + 10% bonus
We’re looking for a Network Team Lead to manage and grow a high-performing engineering team while staying hands-on with networking projects.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of 8 engineers, reporting directly to the senior management.Drive network deployment projects, design, and configuration.Apply advanced networking expertise (CCNP/CCIE desirable) to support and deliver complex solutions.Balance hands-on technical work with team leadership and management responsibilities.Develop engineers’ skills through coaching, guidance, and performance management. Proven networking experience and technical credibility.
