Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on network equipment.
- Monitor network performance and security.
- Install and support routers, switches, wireless networks, and related hardware.
- Assist with CCTV, ANPR, and surveillance network infrastructure where required.
- Document network configurations and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support to internal users and clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Networking, or Telecommunications.
- 3+ years' experience in network support or network administration.
- Experience with TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
