- Manage and ensure the submission of the yearly IT Network objectives to the IT Director in consultation with subordinates.
- Develop technical SLAs for various infrastructure and networking implementations.
- Ensure achievement of the quality objectives as set forth by DFWAC.
- Manage the operational administration of the foundation.
- Support the IT Director in delivering the IT environment for the building.
- Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting at first line.
- Ensure users of the facilities receive a professional and proactive response at all times.
- Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshoot network problems; and escalating problems to vendors.
