**Job Title: Network Technician**
**Location:** On-site, multiple locations across the 7-county metro area, job includes performing work both inside and outside
**Schedule:** Full-time, flexible schedule required
**Travel:** Reliable transportation required
**Sample Tasks**
· Install or replace physical network switches and ports in Transit and Council system infrastructure throughout the organization
· Support System Engineers in diagnosing and troubleshooting network connectivity issues
· Support and communicate about workspace standard power systems and wireless connectivity issues with the network team
· Document work performed using pictures, notes, and shared spreadsheets
· Ensure equipment installation is in proper location of Council and Council connected infrastructure
· Ensure basic installation steps are performed
