Job Title: Network & Telephony Administrator
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – Minimum 60% On-site)
We are looking for a Network & Telephony Administrator to support and maintain enterprise network, security, and IP telephony infrastructure within a dynamic ICT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, manage, and maintain network infrastructure and telephony systems
- Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi controllers, and security appliances
- Manage network security tools including Fortigate firewalls and secure gateways
- Support IP telephony and contact center solutions
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for network-related incidents
- Participate in infrastructure improvements, deployments, and automation initiatives
- Maintain network monitoring and capacity management tools
