Location: Southampton (Hybrid community and home visits)
Hours: 8:00 - 16:00 Monday-Friday (some flexibility)
About the Role
We are seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Neuro Early Supported Discharge Team . This hybrid role involves supporting patients with neurological conditions in the community, combining home visits with office‑based administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and deliver occupational therapy interventions for patients with neurological conditions
- Travel to patients’ homes to provide clinical care
- Complete administrative tasks and documentation with flexibility to work from home
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative care planning
