Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in a hospital or specialized neurosurgical center. Proven expertise in tracheotomy, spinal surgery, brain tumor resection, and spinal tumor surgery. Demonstrated proficiency in micro-neurosurgery, endoscopic neurosurgery, and neuromuscular surgery. In-depth knowledge of hydrocephalus management, including shunt systems and ETV. Experience in spine fixation techniques and trauma-related spinal interventions. Strong understanding of intracranial hemorrhage management and emergency neurosurgical protocols. Competency in peripheral nerve surgery, including nerve decompression and reconstruction.
