Overview
Abbotsford Regional Hospital is seeking two neurologists to join our team: one General Neurologist and one Neurologist with expertise/interest in Stroke. The role includes overseeing the implementation and growth of inpatient stroke services, sharing call for emergency acute stroke care, providing general neurological inpatient consultations, and contributing to the hospital-based Rapid Access outpatient neurology clinics. There is an option to build a private office practice. Remuneration: Fee-for-Service with a standard stipend for on-call duties. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and growth of inpatient stroke services.
- Share on-call duties for emergency acute stroke care.
- Provide general neurological inpatient consultations.
- Contribute to hospital-based Rapid Access outpatient neurology clinics.
- Option to establish a private office practice.
