Mayo Clinic’s Department of Neurologic Surgery at Mayo Clinic Rochester is seeking to recruit academic neurosurgeons with niche expertise in cranial neurosurgery in any areas of advanced neuro-oncology, trauma neurosurgery, technical innovation in neurosurgery, AI and large data science integration in neurosurgery care.
A secondary graduate degree is preferrable at the level of a PhD or equivalent, or previously demonstrated success in managing a basic or translational science laboratory. Applicants should demonstrate a track-record of commitment to excellence in neurosurgery training, clinical service and scholarship, with up to 50% focus on academic activities. Candidates with working experience as an independent faculty are preferred. The candidates should have the credentials to meet the standards of a research appointment as investigators or scientists.
