Job Description
The Job:
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs of building structures, fixtures, and facilities
- Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary systems
- Carry out preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans
- Troubleshoot and respond to facility‑related issues and breakdowns
- Monitor facility equipment and report abnormal conditions
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers
- Support fire safety systems checks and general safety inspections
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in building or facility maintenance
