NEW 2026: Offshore firm. Top $$. Headed by a known senior partner, the hiring comes to EW with a stella background and experience. He wants a junior/mid conventional corporate associate for his department within this stellar offshore in the Channel Islands. Equity capital markets would be useful also. Recent events have changed the brief somewhat and the timing, with this firm's department becoming busier by the day. Thus, currently an associate or superstar assistant level lawyer with a strong M&A pedigree, you must be able to 'hit the ground' running. You will, of course, be looking to add to its reputation, take the reigns, and pull your career in whichever direction you think it may need to go. Again, ideally you will have local market experience (not a bar) and the knowledge to 'fit in' with increasing workloads and the clients, and add to its upward trajectory in the market.
