Job Description

  • Handles approval of online account applications/checking of account-opening information and requirements in a timely manner
  • Educates customers on available products and services of COL and assists them from the application phase all the way to their first trade
  • Handles all communication with customers using Sales communication channels
  • Attends to walk-in customers and have an efficient queuing time
  • Supports the conduct of sales and marketing campaigns, programs, events, and/or functions
