The profile we are looking for
- Higher education (commercial, real estate, marketing or equivalent)
- Experience in real estate sales (new build = significant asset)
- Excellent understanding of the real estate market and new build projects
- Strong business acumen and customer focus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented
- Autonomy, rigor and organizational skills
