We’re searching for a New Business Advisor, Personal Lines Insurance. This role is based in Huntsville, ON at the Westland office.
Compensation
Expected hiring range: $44,000 to $55,000 based on a 35‑hour work week. The actual offered salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity. A competitive commission structure is also available.
Responsibilities
- Represent Westland’s brand and values while delivering trusted insurance advice and exceptional service.
- Assess client needs and recommend home, auto, and lifestyle insurance solutions.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to support growth.
- Manage client inquiries, documentation, and concerns in line with policies and service standards.
