Description: The New Business Associate is responsible for researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will need to discuss and match the needs of your business customers to be able to generate new business for the company.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients to generate new business
- Conduct sales calls and maintain a strong pipeline
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Schedule meetings and build relationships with decision-makers
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Present products/services and strengthen client relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities (campaigns, services, channels)
- Submit regular progress and sales activity reports
- Maintain accurate data in the CRM system
- Perform other tasks as assigned
