Job Description

The role:

  • Proactively generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound sales activity

  • Identifying and engaging with brickwork subcontractors and housebuilders operating within the traditional housing construction sector

  • Building and developing relationships with key decision-makers to secure new trading accounts

  • Producing and following up quotations to convert opportunities into sales

  • Growing and developing new accounts until they become regular spenders

  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell complementary products

  • Managing customer activity and follow-ups through the CRM system

  • Working towards and exceeding monthly sales and gross profit targets
