Our client, well-known in the Domestic Courier industry, is currently looking for a vibrant, dynamic and sales driven Business Development Executive to join their teams in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will need to stay in the area and have extensive experience within the courier industry and targeting corporate accounts. An excellent understanding of the market and related competitors is a must, and a proven sales track record will be requested.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for securing new clients within the corporate space
  • Ability to prospect effectively in order to secure appointments with qualified leads
  • Manage pipeline to ensure conversion rate is applied and revenue generated to reach targets
  • Plan & execute approaches & pitches to clients
  • Handle & overcome client objections
  • Comfortable with presenting to clients
