- Lead and supervise the team, planning, organizing, and implementing work processes to meet departmental benchmarks across all distribution channels.
- Maintain high standards in underwriting, reviewing and approving cases within authority to ensure profitability and quality risk acceptance. Implement and improve operational processes to ensure flawless and effective workflow within the department.
- Coordinate and lead all aspects of projects aimed at improving existing work processes and workflows, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
