The New Home Real Estate Specialist plays a dynamic role supporting Sales Operations by leading key reporting, system support, policy development, onboarding, and training processes. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
What you’ll do
- Research and maintain value graph inputs and competitor summaries across all Mattamy markets.
- Monitor competitor activity and notify Sales teams of upcoming launches requiring on‑site validation.
- Visit competitor sales offices as needed to confirm pricing, product, and availability.
- Support the rollout and testing of value graph systems.
- Produce and distribute weekly sales reports to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
