As the New Home Technician in our Warranty Department, you will adhere to generally accepted building practices and the high standards of Mattamy, while keeping with our mission of providing The Best Homeowner Experience. The New Home Technician, Warranty completes warranty service repairs for homeowners.
What you’ll do
- Completing warranty service work which includes:
- Reviewing service warranty lists with homeowners; explaining which item will be rectified immediately & why.
- Advising of process to assign work to trades at a later date.
- Obtaining homeowners signature on completed items.
- Performing various repairs: ie: finishing, drywall, painting and clean up.
