Job Description
As our New Product Development Lead on a 12-month contract, you will take ownership of delivering innovative beauty products from concept through to launch.
Working across MECCA MAX and colour, this hands-on role will see you drive end-to-end product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring exciting new products to life. You’ll play a key role in shaping our innovation pipeline while ensuring every product meets MECCA’s high standards of quality, creativity, and performance.

Lead end-to-end delivery of new product development projects from concept to launch
Collaborate with brand, design, regulatory and supply chain teams to deliver best-in-class products
