Job Description
Responsibilities: Ensure all production machines and automation systems are in optimal working condition to support smooth, defect-free operations. To validate system performance, reliability, and functionality. Identify and resolve bugs or inefficiencies in both hardware and software systems. Perform on-site troubleshooting and root cause analysis for machine and system issues; escalate to suppliers and collaborate for remote support when necessary. Oversee the installation, integration, and setup of automation solutions — including robotics, control systems, and software — to ensure efficient process flow and minimal downtime. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by providing automation expertise for seamless implementation and issue-free ramp-up. Ensure machines and automation systems consistently meet targeted UPH (Units Per Hour), cycle time, and quality standards.
