Our client, a leading global organization, is seeking a Senior Manager for New Product Introduction (NPI) to join their cross-functional innovation and product competency team in Manila. This role acts as a strategic extension of global business units—including Supply Chain, Commercial, and Marketing with a primary focus on owning and managing end-to-end data processes for various product introductions across international territories.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Framework Development: Define and implement material master data governance frameworks and policies aligned with established innovation processes.
- Global Alignment: Act as a direct extension of the global competency team, funnelling core policies to the local team to ensure compliance, synergy, and standardized delivery models.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and global company values.
