Job Description Summary As part of the Advanced Manufacturing and Repair organization, the New Repair Introduction (NRI) Hot Gas Path (HGP) Repair Engineer is responsible for the engineering ownership of advanced hot gas path turbine rotating or static components for services, focusing on technology and productivity initiatives. This person will work in a hands-on environment in the Repair Development Center (RDC), a dedicated development laboratory with full size industrial equipment including conventional and non-conventional machining, brazing and welding, inspection, thermal spray, robotics, and other technologies. In this role, coordination with the Repair Value Stream teams is required to create standardized HGP repairs for contractual and transactional services fulfilment and growth.
