Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Track and update spreadsheets and different platforms regarding vehicle movement. Creating and maintain daily reports, raising any concerns with the New Vehicle Sales Manager. Communicate vehicle timelines, transport, and documentation with relevant departments. Meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. Stock in New Vehicles and complete profiling with accuracy. Assist with lease returns and direct deliveries when required. Manage purchase orders and follow up on unprocessed orders and job cards. Liaise with departments to support smooth end-of-month processes. Provide support to the New Vehicle Sales Manager in their absence. What You'll Bring:
