Nexstar Media Group, Inc. is seeking a visionary, collaborative, and digitally fluent News Director to lead Memphis’s News Leader across broadcast, streaming, digital, and social platforms. This forward-thinking leader will drive an audience-centric strategy rooted in platform-agnostic distribution, omnichannel engagement, and next-gen storytelling—delivering impactful, always-on content that reaches consumers anytime, anywhere they consume content.
What You will Do:
+ Lead the vision for a fully integrated, 24/7 multiplatform newsroom with a strong digital first mindset
+ Develop and implement strategies that grow audience across linear, OTT/CTV, web, app, and social platforms
+ Accelerate digital transformation with data-driven decisions that elevate reach, engagement, and loyalty
+ Oversee the creation and curation of always-on digital content for our combined website, mobile apps, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms
